We have started a new build on Greenlee in Tarrytown. Once again, we are up against the dreaded clay soils which means an expensive and time consuming foundation. The foundation will be a concrete slab on piers with voids (air space) under the slab and beams.
The rendering of the house is on display at the site and will be a mix of cut stone, stucco and brick veneers. It will have a clay tile roof. We are apx 4 weeks in on the job and all is going well. If this good weather holds we should be framing in apx 6 weeks.
